I shuffle my deck of oracle cards for a client, and the cards that pop out are, “get real, communication, and vulnerability and freedom”.
The channeled message for my client is that she needs to get out of her own way, and have a deep conversation with herself about where she is right now in her life, and how she wants to move forward. There is something that she’s wanting to shift or change in order to create the vision of her dreams.
These combination of cards are about recognizing that you need to take a step back and reflect what your present circumstances are, and make a game plan and cultivate a supportive mindset to move forward to bring your desires to life. I see these cards come out too often. So many of us are living a life that is out of alignment, but most of us don’t have the courage to step back and be honest with our realities.

The truth is, the vulnerability and freedom card is a beautiful yet challenging card to accept. The message is not just about being vulnerable with yourself, but once you DO get vulnerable, you can feel a new sense of freedom with how you can target your energy moving forward. The majority of us are carrying around negative thoughts, beliefs, and stress about our lives and day to day routine, but we don’t want to acknowledge them. Once we take the step back to express vulnerability with ourselves from the heart, it can be pivotal on manifesting and taking inspired action on the life we dream of.
I find that a lot of creative and spiritual entrepreneurs get quite stuck in their heads, and the first thing that they need to express is the how they feel with their day to day routine vs fitting in another project or client. One of the best ways to reflect on what you’re wanting to change is by reviewing your day to day routine.
When you think about the future or next version of yourself that is already living that dream reality, would they be sleeping in till 12 pm each day? Would they start their day with opening up their phone to check notifications or seep into a meditation? Would they have a jam packed day, or take clients on a flexible schedule? Would they have time to hike or catch up with friends? What is their routine and schedule, and what can you start doing now to substitute for behaviors or habits that aren’t serving you?
As an exercise to help with this, make a T-chart, the title the left side “Present Self”: these are elements you are wanting to change about your present circumstances. Title the right side “Future Self”, is what you want to change. For example, left side says, “she eats out too much” and the right side says, “she enjoys cooking healthy, homemade meals”.
This will give you a gist around the routines you’re wanting to change in an organized manner. Next, get out a journal or your laptop, and it’s time to make the game plan.
Set specific intentions around each element you wrote about on the T-chart and flexible ways you can take inspired action on the intentions that you have set. Look at this T-Chart and game plan every day, as an important reminder if you are changing your behaviors to bring this new reality into fruition.
This is just scraping the iceberg of how I help my clients move towards manifesting their desires. I hope that this read gave you some inspiration to take action on cultivating your vision. You must understand that you must be honest with where you’re at, and how you’re wanting to move forward with your life to manifest the life you desire.
There is so much power in vulnerability!
