Why Should We Use Manifestation?

I don’t know about you, but September always brings in a mindset of a restart button. The inner child in me is ready to start school again, there’s a new collective air of motivation, and I still love tapping into this energy as an entrepreneur.

In turn, it’s a beautiful opportunity to set clear intentions around what you’re manifesting for the next 4 months of the year, or for the “full school year”, if you still run on this programmed mindset, lol. :)

I’d like to take some time to chat about why we should use manifestation during this restart. What is the hype about manifestation, why does it matter, and why I help creative and spiritual entrepreneurs tap into this power to shift their lives as an intuitive manifestation coach.

In our whirlwind of a world, where chaos and unpredictability often reign, people are eagerly searching for ways to feel empowered, grounded, and aligned with their true purpose. Manifestation, once a concept tucked away in spiritual or metaphysical circles, has been in the mainstream as a dynamic tool for personal growth, success, and well-being. (Cheers to that!)

But beyond the buzzwords and trending hashtags, why should we embrace manifestation? What does it truly offer, and how can it profoundly transform our lives?

Let’s dive into the deeper purpose behind manifestation—and discover why it’s more than just wishful thinking.

What Is Manifestation, Really?

At its heart, manifestation is about turning your desires, goals, or visions into reality through focused intention, belief, and aligned action. It beautifully blends mindset, energy, and behavior to craft a life that mirrors your inner values and dreams.

But manifestation isn’t about controlling the universe or magically making things appear as you’re sitting in on the floor of your apartment, burning incense. It’s about harmonizing your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your true desires, so you become an active participant in shaping your life rather than a passive observer.

1. Manifestation Cultivates Clarity

One of the most exhilarating reasons to use manifestation is that it propels you to get clear about what you truly want. So often, we navigate life reacting to circumstances without pausing to ask: What am I truly calling in? Manifestation begins with intention—and intention demands clarity.

By journaling, visualizing, or creating vision boards, you’re not just daydreaming; you’re honing your focus. You’re choosing to target your energy rather than scatter it. And clarity is the first thrilling step toward any real transformation.

2. It Shifts Your Mindset to Empowerment

Manifestation invites you to believe that what you want is possible. That simple belief can dramatically transform your mindset—from one of scarcity, fear, or victimhood to one of possibility, hope, and empowerment.

When you start to believe that you are a co-creator in your life, you begin to view challenges differently. Things start to shift. Instead of asking, Why is this happening to me?, you start asking, What can I learn from this? or How can I grow through this? That shift alone can change your emotional state, your decisions, and ultimately, your reality.

3. It Bridges the Gap Between Spirituality and Action

Manifestation isn’t about sitting back and waiting for the universe to deliver. It’s a vibrant dance between intention and initiative, faith and follow-through with action. It connects the spiritual (what you feel and believe) with the practical (what you do daily).

Affirmations, meditation, or scripting can elevate your vibration, but taking aligned action (key here)—reaching out for opportunities, learning new skills, showing up with integrity—turns your vision into a grounded path. Manifestation reminds us that belief plus action is where the magic happens.

4. It Trains Your Brain to See Opportunity

Your mind is wired to notice what it’s trained to focus on. This is called the Reticular Activating System (RAS), and it acts like a mental filter. When you set a clear intention and focus on it regularly, your brain starts noticing opportunities, resources, and connections that align with that goal.

It’s not necessarily that the world has changed—it’s that you have changed the lens through which you see it. Manifestation helps you become more receptive to what already exists around you and within you.

5. It Deepens Self-Worth and Deservedness

To manifest something meaningful, you have to believe you deserve it. That journey inward—of healing old wounds, releasing limiting beliefs, and affirming your worth—is one of the most profound aspects of manifestation.

When you begin to affirm while truly FEELING IT while stating, “I am worthy of love, abundance, success, and peace”, you are not just repeating empty words—you’re rewriting the stories that have held you back. This inner shift can transform your relationships, your finances, your health, and your sense of purpose.

6. Manifestation Invites You to Live with Intention

In a fast-paced world filled with distractions, manifestation brings you back to intentional living. It encourages you to wake up each day with purpose, to act in alignment with your values, and to create from a place of TRUE authenticity.

When you're manifesting consciously, you’re no longer just “getting through the week.” You’re moving toward a vision that reflects your soul’s truth. That in itself is a radical act of self-respect and spiritual commitment.

Manifestation as a Way of Life

Manifestation isn’t a quick fix or a magic trick—it’s a mindset, a spiritual tool, and a way of fully showing UPPP for the life you want to live. It empowers you to be the author of your story rather than a bystander. And it invites you to co-create with the universe rather than wait for things to happen.

What are you manifesting for the next 2025-2026 “school year”?
